Enumclaw HS Hornets Lacrosse
Hornets Lacrosse began in 2014 when the Lake Tapps Lacrosse Club (LTLC) was forced to split into separate high school teams. LTLC served 5 school districts and high schools. From 2014 - 2018 Hornets HS Lacrosse operated out of White River HS as a very successful program, eventually making it to the state semi-finals. In 2018, Enumclaw HS and White River HS were forced to create separate teams.
EHS Lacrosse has been growing every year, thanks in large part to the success of the Hornets youth program which feeds players to both Enumclaw & White River High Schools. 2021 marked the first winning record for EHS Lacrosse. In 2022, the team improved further and made it to the 1A/2A State Championship semi-final game, losing to the eventual champs, Orting HS. In 2023 Enumclaw earned its first state championship by beating Orting to become the 2023 1A/2A State Champions! The Hornets are starting 2024 as a top ranked team in the state, with eyes on a back to back state championships!
